Satisfaction Guaranteed

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your Ionfaucet purchase, simply return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of the purchase. Returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Ionfaucet's guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. Shipping charges, water bottles or used filter cartridges will not be refunded.

If the item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, it can be returned within one year of purchase.

Returning or Exchanging Items

Customers can return or exchange purchases from Ionfaucet by mail or at any of our office locations, regardless of whether the purchase was made online, by phone or in our office.

Customers must have proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt or shipping invoice) for all returns and exchanges.

Since quantities may be limited, customers can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise still within the 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in new condition with all original packaging and accessories. If merchandise is sent that does not include manuals, fittings and all other items originally included with the product to Ionfaucet Returns Department, it will be returned at customer's expense.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail

Customers can return or exchange a product by mail. We recommend that the package be shipped with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Ionfaucet is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Returned merchandise over the 30 day return policy may qualify for store credit. *Restrictions may apply. Call store for details.

If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the Satisfaction Guarantee, refunds will not be issued and it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
