We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your Ionfaucet purchase, simply return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of the purchase. Returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Ionfaucet's guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. Shipping charges, water bottles or used filter cartridges will not be refunded.
If the item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, it can be returned within one year of purchase.
Returning and Exchanges by Mail
Customers can return or exchange purchases from Ionfaucet by mail or at any of our office locations, regardless of whether the purchase was made online, by phone or in our office. We recommend that the package be shipped with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Customers must have proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt or shipping invoice) for all returns and exchanges.
Since quantities may be limited, customers can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise still within the 30 days of purchase. Returned merchandise over the 30 day return policy may qualify for store credit. *Restrictions may apply. Call store for details.
Items must be in new condition with all original packaging and accessories. If merchandise is sent that does not include manuals, fittings and all other items originally included with the product to Ionfaucet Returns Department, it will be returned at the customer's expense. If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the Satisfaction Guarantee, refunds will not be issued and it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Shipping and Handling
We offer USPS and UPS shipping on domestic and international orders. To estimate the time of delivery, please note there is processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The shipping carrier chosen at the time of check out is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the event of a lost package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquires must be directed to the carrier.
International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees determined by the destination country. Imported taxes and customs fees are not presented at the checkout and not included in the shipping cost. The customer is responsible for all customs and duty fees. International transit time may vary due to delays presented at customs. USPS does not provide international tracking once the package has left the US. If the package is returned to the sender due to "abandonment" at customs, a refund will not be issued and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
